Our client in the Addison,TX area is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their Accounting team on a contract to hire basis!
The Staff Accountant will be responsible with the following:
- Assist with preparing journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and maintain financial records
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Reconcile balance sheet account, bank accounts, and credit card statements
- Support accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and accuracy
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- 2+ years of accountant experience
- 1 + years of ERP software experience
