Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a local client in their search for their next Audit Specialist. This hybrid position, offers a mix of in-office and remote work. The ideal candidate will join a collaborative Finance and Contracts team, supporting both internal and external audit processes. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across departments to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support internal and external audits by preparing and reviewing necessary documentation in compliance with regulations and internal standards.

• Participate in audit planning and coordination meetings to stay aligned with audit scope, deliverables, and timelines.

• Communicate with various departments to collect and review PBCs (Provided by Client) and other required audit materials.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date audit records in internal databases and systems.

• Organize and manage audit documentation, ensuring completeness and accuracy for compliance reviews.

• Follow established policies, procedures, and internal controls when performing audit-related tasks.
