Financial Officer- Alexandria, VA
Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with an evolving organization based in Alexandria, VA, in search of a detail-oriented Financial Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and bringing strategic financial insight to support key decision-making processes. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments, providing financial leadership and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Conduct variance analysis and identify key business trends
- Assist in long-term financial planning and modeling
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with leadership to support strategic initiatives
- Manage and improve financial processes and reporting systems
