Job Title: Sage Intacct Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sage Intacct Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting using Sage Intacct. This role will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and ensuring compliance with GAAP while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Sage Intacct, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance within Sage Intacct
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management functions
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Assist with audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and system efficiencies
• Maintain documentation for accounting procedures and controls
