Beacon Hill Financial has partnered with a well-established company seeking a Staff Accountant to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in account reconciliations, job costing, and financial analysis. The position is fully in-office, requiring attendance at the company's Arlington, VA location, five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations for payroll, operating, and investment accounts.
- Manage job costing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Utilize Excel (including Pivot Tables and advanced functions) for financial analysis.
- Reconcile credit card transactions and assist with AP/AR cash reconciliation during mid-month and month-end close.
- Oversee and manage auto lease accounting and related reconciliations.
