Overview: Provide accounting support to project managers, forecast, and monitor progress and costs, and foster a culture of trust and integrity.
Duties/ Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely support to project managers, performing thorough and complete project financial management
- Set up and maintain multiple projects in Vista/Viewpoint or current accounting software
- Maintain accurate and auditable files in a paperless system
- Work with Project Managers (PMs) to meet monthly billing deadlines
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree and 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years' Construction accounting experience
- 2+ years working with WIP schedules
- Managing project financial data for multiple projects
