Our fast-growing client has recently relocated to the Mckinney, TX area. they are looking to add a Purchasing Specialist to their team on a contract to hire basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Three plus years of hands-on experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating favorable pricing, terms, and credit agreements.
- Solid understanding of supply chain operations, inventory control, and vendor management.
- Superb communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for fostering effective collaboration with internal departments and external partners.
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups
- Ability to start quickly
