Our client in the Farmers Branch, TX area is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join their team!
The AP Specialist will have experience in the following:
- 5+ years of AP experience, preferably with PO-based processing
- Review and process high volume of purchase order invoices
- Perform 3-way matching working with purchase orders
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close related to AP as needed
- Epicor Profit 21 (P21) and Conexiom experience preferred
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups, required
