Our client in the DFW area is seeking a Lead Payroll & Accounting Specialist to join their team!
The right candidate will have experience in the following:
- Perform full cycle accounts payable and receivable functions
- Process and code AP invoices, manage vendor accounts, and initiate weekly check runs
- Post, receive, and record client payments and follow up on collections as needed
- Perform daily cash and bank reconciliations
- Manage bi-weekly payroll and audit timekeeping data for 164 employees (including 100 hourly)
- Assist with month end close
- Proficient QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel skills required
