Associate Accountant
Our client in the Dallas area is seeking an Associate Accountant to join their Accounting Team!
The Associate Accountant will have experience in the following.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and maintain financial records
- Assist and perform all necessary month-end and year-end close processes
- Calculate and post monthly invoices based upon contract terms
- Support internal and external audit activities as needed
- Assist in identifying and summarizing month-to-month fluctuations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
- 1+ years of accountant experience
- Large ERP experience is a plus (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
