Our client in the Irving area is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join their team!
The AP Specialist will have experience in the following:
- Process a high volume of invoices using 3-way match
- Research and reconcile vendor statements
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments resolving discrepancies
- Process check runs, ACH, and wire transfers
- Assist with month-end close
- Proficient Microsoft Excel skills and NetSuite software experience preferred
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in manufacturing preferred
