Our client in the North Dallas area is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their Accounting Team!
The Payroll Specialist will have experience in the following.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Process union payroll for multi-state employees
- Maintain payroll timesheets for hourly employees
- Respond to payroll tickets and resolve time & attendance discrepancies
- Investigate payroll issues regarding incorrect wages or missing timesheets
- Assist with processing wage garnishments and deductions
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) is preferred
