Our client in the North Dallas area is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead their AR team.

Responsibilities include:

Oversee all aspects of Accounts Receivable including b2b collections, billing and invoicing, and cash applications
Manage invoicing, cash receipts, and collections, including sending reminders and contacting clients.
Support customer account maintenance and discrepancy resolution.
Perform monthly reconciliations and maintain general ledger accounts.
Prepare and file sales tax reports
Assist with audits, tax preparation, and ensure internal controls are followed.
