Our client located near Irving, TX is looking to bring on a Collections Speciliast for a contract position. This will be a 2 month long contract requiring the Collections Specialist to work onsite.
Primary Duties:
- Make 50-70 collection calls per day.
- Focus on AR buckets 61-181 days past due.
- Minimal analysis; mostly keeping collections running smoothly.
- Handle some customer disputes (refer to branches, follow-up required).
