Our client in the Irving, TX area is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their team!
The Staff Accountant will have experience in the following:
- Responsible for the GL accounting including account reconciliation, accruals, and journal entries
- Perform month-end and year-end close functions and financial reporting
- Work closely with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll departments
- Provide documentation and participate in audits as needed
- 2+ years of accounting experience with working knowledge of GAAP
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is strongly preferred
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (v-look ups, pivots, formulas, etc.)
