Our client in the Dallas, TX area is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to join their team!
The Accounting Supervisor will have experience in the following:
- Supervise daily accounting tasks including deposits, reconciliations, and wire activity
- Manage monthly and quarterly closings, journal entries, bank and credit card reconciliations
- Monitor AP activity, tax filings, and vendor/client record maintenance
- Oversee payroll input and reporting processes
- Support intercompany reconciliations, allocations, and reporting
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounting experience, including prior supervisory responsibilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business required
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with NetSuite is preferred
- Experience in a legal, real estate, or escrow environment is a plus
