**Primarily REMOTE**
Key Job Duties
- Manage a portfolio of political clients by maintaining NGP systems, reconciling bank accounts, and preparing weekly financial reports.
- Lead client compliance efforts with the FEC and state reporting agencies, including the preparation, reconciliation, and quality control of required filings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication of all regular and expedited filing deadlines.
- Conduct bookkeeping and financial management tasks to ensure compliance with campaign finance regulations and tax laws.
- Support client operations such as payroll and merchant account setup and oversight.
- Uphold high standards of client service while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across all assigned accounts.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in campaign finance or a closely related field.
- Strong proficiency with compliance software and tools including NGP, Excel, and QuickBooks.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and communicate clearly with external stakeholders.
- Proven experience handling senior-level compliance, financial, and bookkeeping responsibilities.
- Highly organized and self-directed with a strong attention to detail in a remote work environment.
