Key Job Duties
- Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations, ensuring high-quality tax service delivery.
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements, providing expert guidance and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct detailed tax research and address complex tax issues across client types.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering team development and technical growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state tax laws and industry best practices.
- Contribute to business development by identifying new service opportunities and expanding client relationships.
Key Qualifications
- Master's in Taxation, MPA, or Bachelor's in Accounting required.
- CPA certification preferred.
- 8+ years of public accounting experience with a strong emphasis on tax.
- Familiarity with CCH Engagement and Axcess Tax software
- Proven expertise in tax planning, compliance, and consulting for varied client types.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a client service focus.
