Our client in the DFW, TX area is seeking a temporary Collections Representative to assist their team.
The Collections Representative will have experience in the following:
- Perform insurance medical billing collections and resolve claim denials
- Call insurance providers, submit appeals, and manage authorizations to validate denied claims
- Research and resolve denial issues and resubmit claims to insurance companies
- Provide documentation to align appeals with contract agreements and policies
- 5+ years experience of hospital medical billing/insurance collections experience
- 2+ years of Epic software experience
