Our client in the Westlake, TX area is seeking an AP Staff Accountant to join their team!
The AP Staff Accountant will have experience in the following:
- Reconcile accounts payable sub-ledgers with general ledger accounts
- Clear payments and match to invoices in the sub-ledger
- Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions, including missing invoices or payments
- Analyze large data sets and using formulas, pivot tables, and vlookup functions in Excel
- Large ERP experience required; SAP is highly preferred
