Our client in the North Dallas area is seeking a Cash Applications Specialist to join their Accounts Receivable team!
The Cash Applications Specialist will have experience in the following.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Research and resolve open Accounts Receivable discrepancies
- Handle cash applications and post payments to accounts
- Reconcile payment variances and investigate unapplied or misapplied cash
- Maintain detailed documentation of payment activity, adjustments, and customer communication
- Monitor daily bank activity to ensure receipts are posted
Requirements:
- Large ERP experience is preferred (NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) is required
