Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Type: Full Time - Contract with potential long-term
Pay: $35.00 - 45.00/hour, depending on experience

Our client in the Oklahoma City, OK metroplex, is seeking a strong Project Manager! The position is a contract role, with the possibility of permanent conversion or long-term work. The work schedule will be Monday-Friday business hours, with flexibility required.

Job Description and Duties

• Plan and oversee projects from start to finish, including schedules and resource allocation.
• Define project goals, scope, and deliverables aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain clear communication across departments.
• Monitor progress, address challenges, and adjust plans as needed.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Maintain accurate documentation and provide stakeholder updates.
• Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and improve processes.

Requirements and Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in business management or science is a plus (or equivalent experience)
• Professional certification in project management or a related field is a plus
• Proficient in using project management tools and software applications
