Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Florida-licensed Trusts & Estates Attorney for a fully remote, 3+ month position with our client. This is a part-time role (10-20 hours per week) on a flexible schedule.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a practicing Trusts & Estates attorney. Substantive experience drafting estate planning documents, preparing pleadings and related documents in, fiduciary litigation matters, guardianship proceedings, and other contested Trusts & Estates matters preferred.
Essential duties include:
* Draft and annotate pleadings, settlement agreements, and other documents related to fiduciary litigation, guardianship proceedings, and other contested matters
* Draft, review, and revise practical guidance articles on Trusts & and Estates topics with a focus on probate, fiduciary litigation, guardianships, and other contested Trusts & Estates matters
* Draft checklists, charts, and other how-to guidance on contested Trusts & Estates matters
* Supplement existing documents with Florida-specific practical guidance based on state law, local custom, and legal practice experience
