Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. This role involves managing the accounting needs of a diverse client base, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting for multiple clients, including family offices, estates, and non-profits.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide financial insights.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a multi-client or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
