Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join a dynamic legal team in Frisco, TX. This temp-to-perm opportunity offers the chance to work closely with experienced attorneys on a variety of legal matters including commercial, civil, corporate, and business litigation. This role is 100% on-site in our client's Frisco office.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and manage physical and digital legal documents using document management systems.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence under attorney supervision.
• Maintain attorney calendars, schedule appointments, and track deadlines.
• File legal documents with courts and regulatory agencies.
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and external parties.
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
• Experience with NetDocs or similar document management systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage both physical and digital client files.
• Strong calendaring and docketing discipline.
• Must be able to work 8 hours/day, 5 days/week (during standard business hours) in our client's Frisco office
