A growing organization is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. The role is responsible for timely close processes, continuous improvement of accounting workflows, and providing guidance and development to the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting activities and monthly/quarterly close cycles.
Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and consolidated financial reports.
Support treasury functions, payables processes, and internal control initiatives.
Lead process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency.
Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff.
Coordinate audit activities and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
Prepare and present financial reporting and analysis for leadership.
