Beacon Hill Financial is currently partnering with a growing commercial real estate company in the South Bay on a full time, direct hire Accounting Manager role. The role will be hybrid and involves overseeing daily accounting activities, managing month-end close, and preparing consolidated financial statements in compliance with GAAP and IFRS. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, implement internal controls, and mentor accounting staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting functions and monthly close for multiple entities.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidated financial statements.
• Support treasury and accounts payable oversight.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures and internal controls.
• Coordinate audits and provide required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tax filings, including property and sales tax.
• Train and supervise accounting team members.
• Perform financial analysis and reporting.
