Billing Specialist
Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team through the end of the year! This will be a hybrid working schedule in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have some experience within financial services and is familiar with different fund classes.
Responsibilities:
- Invoice preparation for approximately 1,000 clients
- Respond to billing inquiries in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage customer accounts, including, but not limited to collections, write-offs and unbilled balances
- Develop an understanding of the business, the client base, the fee structure and the deliverables as these impact billing, cash receipts, revenue, financial and managerial reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong excel skills working with large amounts of data
