Senior Travel & Expense Specialist - Waltham, MA
Our client, a biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a Senior Travel and Expense Specialist to join their team! This will be a hybrid working schedule, requiring 2-3 days a week onsite. This position will support the day-to-day T&E functions within the Finance Department.
Responsibilities:
- Travel reimbursement
- Ensure timely processing and payment of invoices
- Review T&E reports for accuracy and compliance
- Support the monthly closing process, including preparation of accounts payable reconciliation
- Assist with Purchase Order setups
- Expense reporting & receipt audit
- Assist with ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of relevant A/P and T&E experience is a plus!
- Experience in Concur/Travel online expense reporting preferred
- Oracle Fusion experience is a plus
