Part-Time Tax Support - Hybrid / Boston, MA
We are assisting a client of ours in their search for a Part Time Tax Support specialist to join their team. This role will assist the Tax Director with data entry tasks, specifically inputting tax details from documents (e.g., K-1s) into specialized software. This role will be hybrid in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry
- Document Review and Organization
- Review tax documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Organize and categorize tax-related files in digital formats (e.g., Adobe PDFs)
- File Management
- Ensure proper storage and filing of tax forms and records.
- Respond to internal queries or requests related to tax data.
Qualifications:
- Prior exposure to working with tax documents
