Direct Bill Analyst - Remote but local to Boston area

We are assisting our client, an insurance and risk management firm, in their search for a Direct Bill Analyst to support financial operations. This role involves processing and reconciling commission payments, maintaining financial records, and working with internal teams to ensure accuracy in reporting.

Responsibilities:

Reconcile financial transactions and process commission payments
Verify billing details and manage data entry
Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies
Maintain financial records and assist with reporting
Support various accounting functions as needed

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software preferred
