Controller
Our client, a growing healthcare technology company in the Brookline, MA area, is seeking a Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations during a maternity leave coverage. This role involves managing financial reporting, tax compliance, and revenue recognition, while working closely with a finance team split between the U.S. and Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reporting, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow.
- Handle revenue recognition, invoicing, and collections.
- Ensure compliance with government reporting and tax filings.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and third-party vendors.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Assist in system implementations and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Experience processing payroll, taxes, and finances in Israel.
- Strong background in financial reporting, tax compliance, and accounting principles.
- Experience with accounting systems and process automation is a plus.
