Accounts Payable Specialist - Andover, MA
Our client, a leading company in the electronics manufacturing industry, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support their finance team. This is a fully onsite role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Handle invoice processing in a fast-paced environment
- Match and verify purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
- Enter and manage data using SAP
- Assist with payment processing and month-end tasks
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments
- Help resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- SAP and Excel experience
- Experience with 3-way match
