Senior Payroll Consultant

Our client, a growing life sciences consulting firm located in Waltham, MA, is looking for a Senior Payroll Consultant to manage day-to-day payroll operations while their internal team focuses on a system implementation. This role will support payroll processing for both U.S. and international employees, working with internal teams and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities:

• Process U.S. and international payroll on a semi-monthly schedule
• Handle payroll updates, adjustments, and employee inquiries
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for international payroll
• Ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations
• Support payroll accounting, journal entries, and reporting
• Collaborate with HR and Finance on employee data, benefits, and deductions
• Assist with year-end reporting and audit readiness

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of payroll experience
• Experience using Paycom strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
