Part-Time Accounting Associate - Boston, MA
Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization in Boston, MA, is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Associate for a short-term project to support general accounting and finance operations. This is a fully onsite role in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities
- Enter invoices, bills, and payments into accounting software
- Generate invoices and account statements
- Reconcile general ledger and credit card accounts
- Assist with financial reporting and audit preparation
- Support quarterly reporting for internal departments
- Work closely with finance leadership to ensure data accuracy
Qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting software preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
