Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist
Our client, a fast-paced and growing company in the life sciences industry, is seeking a Part-Time Accounts Payable Specialist to support day-to-day AP operations across multiple business entities. This is a remote role with flexible hours, though occasional in-person meetings may be requested. Ideal for a self-starter with strong AP experience and familiarity with international operations.
Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals
- Manage weekly payments and reconcile vendor accounts
- Review employee expense reports for compliance
- Support month-end close tasks and AP reconciliations
- Maintain vendor relationships and respond to inquiries
- Assist with reporting, audits, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant accounts payable or finance experience
- Experience with NetSuite strongly preferred (SAP/Oracle acceptable)
