Consulting Fees Specialist
Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Consulting Fees Specialist to support administrative and financial operations related to client fee processing. This is a hybrid role in Boston, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing and reconciling consulting and advisory fee agreements
- Communicate with internal teams, clients, and third parties to resolve discrepancies
- Provide responsive customer service via phone and email
- Support service and transition teams by addressing escalations and assisting new advisor on-boarding
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely handling of financial transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Customer service experience required; internship or exposure to finance a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Prior experience in office, clerical, or administrative roles is helpful
