Licensing Specialist - Waltham, MA (Hybrid)
Our client, a financial services firm, is seeking a Licensing Specialist to join their compliance team. This role supports the registration, licensing, and onboarding of financial professionals, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Process licensing and registration applications with state and federal agencies
- Coordinate onboarding and registration of financial advisors and support staff
- Submit and track applications through regulatory systems
- Assist with insurance license processing and renewals across multiple carriers
- Communicate with advisors and internal teams to resolve licensing issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable rules and procedures
Qualifications:
- Experience in financial services, compliance, or licensing
- Strong customer service and communication skills
