Accounts Payable Analyst - Boston, MA (Onsite)

Our client, a healthcare provider in the hospital and medical services industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join their finance team. This role is responsible for supporting daily AP operations, ensuring accuracy in invoice processing, and working closely with internal departments.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review vendor invoices and payments
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of accounts payable records
• Assist with resolving payment discrepancies and vendor inquiries
• Support the finance team with daily accounting functions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate processing
• Prepare and maintain AP documentation and reports as needed
• Adhere to internal controls and organizational policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required
• 1+ years of accounting or finance-related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Solomon software is a plus
• Experience in a medical or healthcare environment is preferred
