Financial Data Entry Assistants (Remote after On-site Training) - Boston, MA
Our client, a national leader in affordable housing investment management, is hiring a group of Financial Data Entry Assistants for a short-term summer project. This role involves reviewing and entering income statements and balance sheets into a proprietary system to support quarterly reporting. Candidates will begin with remote setup and transition to in-office training, then continue remotely for the remainder of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Enter financial statement data (income statements and balance sheets) into internal systems
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial mapping and data entry
- Collaborate with analysts on discrepancies or questions
- Participate in training to understand internal procedures and software
- Commit to full duration of the 2-month project with minimal absences
Qualifications:
- Background or coursework in accounting, finance, or related field
- Familiarity with financial statements and general accounting concepts
