Tax Administrator - Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Our client, a global organization in the telecommunications and infrastructure industry, is seeking a Tax Administrator to support their corporate tax team on a long-term contract.
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and expense reports; reconcile items against department budget
- Organize and scan mail; manage digital documentation using internal systems
- Coordinate tax-related filings, including mailing and tracking receipts
- Manage and maintain department internal tax systems
- Submit check requests and monitor status of tax payments and notices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a professional corporate setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable learning new systems
