Budgets & Contracts - Remote
Our client, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a remote contractor to support site budget and contract activities for ongoing clinical trials. This role will focus on ensuring timely and compliant negotiation and execution of clinical trial agreements and site budgets in coordination with internal teams and CROs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage site budget templates using industry benchmarking tools
- Oversee and support CROs during site budget negotiations and amendments
- Ensure consistency in budget approach across studies and alignment with fair market value
- Track site readiness and contract status to meet study startup deadlines
- Collaborate with Legal and CROs to manage contract templates and amendments
- Serve as a point of contact for contract language questions and escalate as needed
- Monitor contract timelines and provide study and portfolio-level updates
Qualifications
- Experience in site contract and budget negotiation for clinical trials
- Familiarity with working alongside CROs, legal, finance, and compliance teams
