Senior Payroll Consultant - Waltham, MA
Our client, a global life sciences consulting organization, is seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant for a long-term contract. This role focuses on managing payroll operations while the company transitions to a new payroll system.
Responsibilities:
- Process semi-monthly U.S. payroll and coordinate international payroll with third-party vendors.
- Handle payroll adjustments, spot bonuses, and ensure accurate multi-state payroll compliance.
- Support payroll accounting functions, including journal entries and reporting.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and troubleshoot discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including multi-state processing; international payroll experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Paycom or other payroll systems; experience supporting payroll system transitions a plus.
