ADP Project Manager - Lowell, MA (Hybrid)
Our client, a well-established organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an experienced ADP Project Manager to lead a payroll system transition on a contract basis. This role will guide the implementation of ADP Workforce Now, with a focus on training, processing, and internal system adoption. The position is hybrid, with Mondays required onsite in Lowell, MA.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the transition from Paycor to ADP Workforce Now, ensuring continuity in payroll operations
- Act as the subject matter expert and internal lead for system implementation
- Process dual payrolls for exempt and non-exempt employees during the migration period
- Create training guides and documentation for long-term use
- Configure custom ADP reports based on organizational needs
- Partner with internal teams and ADP contacts to troubleshoot issues and optimize setup
Qualifications
- Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now implementation and support
- Experience in financial services or credit unions a plus
