Director, FP&A - Remote with Occasional Onsite (Greater Boston Area)
Our client, a growing organization in the biotechnology and life sciences industry, is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead financial forecasting, strategic modeling, and long-term planning efforts. This is a high-impact role supporting company-wide decision-making and growth initiatives, reporting directly to senior finance leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic and operational planning
- Lead scenario analysis to evaluate business initiatives, partnerships, and investment opportunities
- Deliver financial insights and reporting to senior leadership and board-level stakeholders
- Serve as a trusted finance partner across departments to support data-driven decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
- 7+ years of FP&A experience, including 3+ years in biotech or life sciences
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial systems implementation is a plus
