Accounts Payable Specialist - Wilmington, MA
Our client, a rapidly growing technology and automation company, is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team! The Accounts Payable Specialist will support vendor invoice processing, account reconciliations, and payment inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Monitor the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with AP data entry and reporting as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth AP operations.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of accounting or accounts payable experience.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
