Finance Advisor Support Associate - Waltham, MA
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Finance Advisor Support Associate for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This role offers a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite) and is ideal for candidates looking to grow within the financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and daily processing to support the portfolio reporting and data services team.
- Handle service requests, email correspondence, and occasional phone support for advisor inquiries.
- Assist with books and records, data feed questions, and basic reporting issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of service cases.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in financial services (internships accepted).
