Senior Staff Accountant - Westwood, MA
Our client, an innovative energy storage and battery technology company, is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join their team. The Senior Staff Accountant will support the month-end close process, financial reporting, and ongoing process improvements as the company continues to scale and prepare for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
- Prepare financial schedules, assist with reporting, and support forecasting efforts.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
- Assist with system and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including GL and month-end close.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) preferred.
