Payroll Specialist (Part-Time) - Greater Boston Area
Our client, a clinical-stage biotech company, is seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist for a contract role. This position will support payroll processing on a flexible basis (approximately 15-20 hours per week) and will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll operations.
Responsibilities:
- Process semi-monthly and bi-weekly payrolls for both salaried and hourly employees
- Review and validate payroll data including timesheets, bonuses, and deductions
- Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate information flow into payroll
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulations
- Assist with reporting and process improvements as needed
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now required
