Senior Accountant - Onsite / South Easton, MA
Our client, a growing company in the events and services industry, is seeking a Senior Accountant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role will provide hands-on support across general ledger, month-end close, and reporting, while helping to stabilize the accounting function during a busy period.
Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Prepare and review financial statements and reporting packages
- Handle multi-entity accounting, job costing, and project-based accounting
- Assist with sales and use tax compliance and related filings
- Collaborate with internal teams and provide audit support as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and ensure strong internal controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 4+ years of accounting experience, including general ledger and close
- Familiarity with sales and use tax reporting
